Job Description
TEST ENGINEER
The Panther Group has an immediate need for a Test Engineer in the Orlando, FL area. This is for a Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) program to support production ramp activities.

The Panther Group has an immediate need for a Test Engineer in the Orlando, FL area. This is for a Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) program to support production ramp activities.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 4+ years of related experience is required.
- This position requires integration, testing and fielding of software/hardware for a test set supporting production of missiles in both development and production environments.
- Candidate must have a good understanding of manufacturing test equipment.
- Must understand electronics testing methods and possess knowledge of industry wide tests and testing equipment.
- Candidate produces test Engineering documentation, reports, and drawings (flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics).
- Candidate has an ability to perform root cause analysis of failure on UUT (unit under test) or Test set independently and provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organizational objectives.
- Basic skills in "C" programing using LabWindows/CVI development environments is highly desired.
- Basic skills in NI LabVIEW/NI TestStand are also highly desired.
- Demonstrated skills in team building and leadership and history of high to exceptional performance.
- Excellent Communication Skills / comfortable briefing to LM Leadership and USG Customer.
- This position is expected to work under only general direction and ability to make an independent decision.
