We are hiring multiple <strong>Cybersecurity Audit Analysts</strong> with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. The selected candidates will play a key role in executing and enhancing the our clientâs cybersecurity audit program, including both internal audit activities and coordination of external audit responses.<br />

As a member of the ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) team, you will significantly contribute to enterprise-wide governance, risk and compliance program ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative, regulatory, statutory, and contractual requirements related to Information Security. The candidate selected will collaborate with various members and levels of the organization to ensure we are reviewing and updating applications, systems, user lists, and vendor reviews on a regular periodic and continuing basis.<br />

The primary work location for this role is downtown<strong> Boston, MA</strong>.&#x202F;The work schedule for this position <strong>is&#x202F;Monday through Friday, 9:00AM â 5:00PM EST.</strong> This position follows a hybrid work model, with a minimum onsite presence of approximately 40% (typically two days per week), with specific expectations determined by business leaders s based on operational needs. <strong>Occasional local travel to industry-related events or local offices may be required</strong>.<br />

&#9;<li>Contribute to the training of satellite office staff to ensure they understand and follow procedures
&#9;<li>Ensure the Service Center is clean, organized, and all equipment is functioning properly
&#9;<li>Ensure timely communication of essential information to Associate Supervisor and to Customer Care Supervisor
&#9;<li>Assist in creating a positive work environment that fosters a healthy team relationship
&#9;<li>Assist with auditing and required reports (e.g., Daily Walk-in report, QLess,Metric 36) as needed as well as order supplies
&#9;<li>Process applications for walk-in customers
&#9;<li>Perform account maintenance, including account changes, transponder changes, recertifications, additional tag requests, replenishments, adjustments, and statement requests
&#9;<li>Assist in the reduction of Customer Care backlog (i.e., correspondence, return mail, online, close accounts, etc.)
&#9;<li>Prepare work to be couriered
&#9;<li>Ensure daily cash outs and deposits are completed accurately
&#9;<li>Assist in opening and closing the office as needed
&#9;<li>Perform other duties as directed by management and supervisory staff
</ul>

You will produce precision parts using both manual and automated equipment and accurate measurement tools. A successful operator must possess manual dexterity and an eye for detail. They must have knowledge of basic mathematics and mechanics as well as respect for safety precautions. The goal is to ensure effective production output.&nbsp;<br>

<strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong>

&#9;<li>Review samples, drawings and instructions to understand specifications of output&nbsp;

 <strong><u>Required Qualifications:</u></strong>

The Quality Specialist is a member of the quality organization with a high level of proficiency in a number of administrative functions.&nbsp; These functions include Material Review Board processing, incoming inspection, training, as well as support activities related to the documentation control group.&nbsp; The quality specialist must possess the appropriate skill set to support each of these functions with equal proficiency.&nbsp;<br>

<strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong>

&#9;<li>A Quality Specialist will maintain a specialty that will focus on primary responsibilities such as system administration, inspection processing and document control. Each Quality Specialist will also cross train in other areas of the quality organization to strengthen the department and company.
&#9;<li>Responsible for following Cogmedixâs Quality Management System, cGMPâs and ISO13485 requirements.
</ul>

<strong>Documentation Control</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Understands and follows good documentation practices in a cGMP and ISO 13485 environment
</ul>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Organize and review Device History Records (DHRâs) at the completion of the manufacturing cycle and ensure all signatures and data are present.
&#9;<li>Scan Device History Records (DHRâs) to save electronically and upload to customer FTP sites
&#9;<li>Assists with maintaining the Quality System Documentation Control System including the Master list
&#9;<li>Assist the Quality management with the creation, updating, and processing of new and existing procedures, work instructions, and all other Quality department documentation
</ul>
 <strong>Training</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Assists in the development and maintains associate training curriculum, which consists of documentation, training records, training matrix and materials.
</ul>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Assists with maintaining project specific work instruction control forms.
&#9;<li>Assists with preparing and deliver curriculum as necessary to support Cogmedix training needs.
&#9;<li>Assists in providing Training Plan / Job Description for employees
&#9;<li>Files training logs within Omnify upon completion of training
&#9;<li>Creates training within Omnify as required
&#9;<li>Coordinates training classes when appropriate.
&#9;<li>Must be proficient in the use of the Omnify Training module
</ul>
 <strong>Material Review Board</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Assist the Material Review Board manager in the initial processing of non-conforming material into the electronic systems.
</ul>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Organize materials to ensure the preservation of the materials
&#9;<li>Able to effectively communicate issues to suppliers, both verbally and through email.
&#9;<li>Prepare materials to be returned to suppliers.
</ul>
 <strong>Production Quality</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Assists with gathering quality data for metrics and distribution of production metrics.
&#9;<li>Able to assist Receiving Incoming Inspection by processing incoming material, that require incoming inspection, in the Cogmedix electronic systems.&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Identifies and reports any product or documentation quality problems or discrepancies.&nbsp;&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Ensures products are moved to proper locations as appropriate.&nbsp;&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Documents any non-conformances and ensures all product non-conformance paperwork is complete and is included in the work order package.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Maintains proper control of device traceability materials and non-conforming material.&nbsp;&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.&nbsp;&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Perform all Quality Department administrative functions as required.&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Assist with all FDA, Notified body, Internal and/or customer audit related activities; as needed.
&#9;<li>Coordinate with Quality management on quality problems relating to the product, process and Quality System

This role is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production. The individual will lead production teams, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure performance targets are consistently achieved.<br>

<strong>Responsibilities:</strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Oversee daily production activities, identifying and addressing process inefficiencies or disruptions in real time
&#9;<li>Ensure production targets are achieved through effective scheduling, resource planning, and rapid issue resolution
&#9;<li>Coordinate workflow and align team goals while providing clear direction and support to production personnel
&#9;<li>Track and analyze operational metrics such as output rates, cycle efficiency, and material loss
&#9;<li>Collaborate closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment performance
&#9;<li>Foster a transparent and collaborative work environment, communicating expectations, standards, and procedures clearly
&#9;<li>Optimize workforce effectiveness through training, skill development, and task delegation
&#9;<li>Lead structured improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance
&#9;<li>Partner with team members to create, implement, and sustain standardized work and operating practices
&#9;<li>Guide teams in reviewing performance indicators, identifying gaps, and driving corrective actions
&#9;<li>Serve as a technical point of contact for resolving routine equipment or production-related issues
&#9;<li>Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental standards and internal policies

<strong>Requirements:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Bachelorâs degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
&#9;<li>8â10 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
&#9;<li>Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a collaborative setting
&#9;<li>Experience building, improving, or supporting team-based work structures
&#9;<li>Strong background working with cross-functional groups
&#9;<li>Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
&#9;<li>Hands-on understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
&#9;<li>Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, Kaizen, or similar frameworks
&#9;<li>Self-directed with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-moving operational environment
